How do we manage support?

We use a support ticket system to ensure all issues are tracked and monitored. Responses will appear in a thread on your account, so please make sure you are signed in. We will notify you of responses via email, so, additionally make sure this is up to date. At MakeIt, we take customer support very seriously and we will aim to respond to your support ticket within 24 hours. Our response time normally depends on your timezone.
Our customer support team operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00AM and 6.00PM UK time.
