Assembly will require wood glue, screws and a brad nailer (optional).
When the parts are cut out I like to sand them and round the edges with a hand router.
Now it's time for assembly. Put some wood glue in the joints align the parts and use the brad nailer to hold it together. Then pre-drill for the screws, so the plywood don't split and screw it together.
When the rack is finished it can be hung from a wall with suitable hardware depending on wall type.
